ElvoApps builds and maintains its own Shopify apps, and we build custom/private functionality for merchants. A fully new public app for a third party is a different engagement and is scoped separately.
Yes. Most custom work is added to a live theme with a preview and a rollback plan. We avoid drive-by edits in production.
Start with a project brief. If an existing ElvoApps app or a carefully chosen public app covers it, we will say that before anyone writes a line of custom logic.
